Shocking, tech support consistently takes days to answer simple queries. Control panel is so slow it is effectively useless, ASP.NET applications take about 10 seconds to load, stay away. We've finally changed host after putting up with M6 for over a year, we're so glad we've changed, should have done so long ago.

am a new customer with M6.net and have their basic account. I have only praise so far. Their support staff responded to all emails in minutes with a solution and fix already patched! Give 'em a try!

Server availability is excellent, the do-it-yourself tools are great, and technical support has been prompt, helpful and skillful. I went back and forth with a lot of hosting providers before I tried M6.net, and I am really happy with my selection!
